Shipping and Delivery Time

Delivery time varies from 1 to 2 weeks on average after payment confirmation.

Remembering that we inform the tracking code of all products that are ordered with the shipping option WITH tracking code at the time of shipping selection.

Tracking codes take 3-7 business days to pass from our suppliers to you, the customer.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to the incorrect delivery address on our website at the time of checkout.

The deadline varies according to the agility of the Post Office and customs, but usually takes between 10 and 20 days on average. The deadline for delivery is up to 40 working days. After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the post office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately to check with our suppliers. Confirming that there is a problem in the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

It is important that you provide the means to effect delivery to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office close to your address. Storage fees are charged if not picked up within 7 calendar days. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.

All products are shipped from abroad and are subject to customs taxation upon receipt. The value of the fees is 60% of the purchase price, so if the amount charged is greater than that, please contact us so that we can explain how to appeal to the post office.
